Koala Christmas
These Firemen rescued this Koala from a forest fire. They gave it almost its fill of water too before placing it back into the fire.

Re: Koala Christmas
Lucky the firemen are wearing gloves. They are supposed to be pretty vicious little guys. (The koalas, NOT the firemen!) You can see at the end, the koala is like "Gimme the fuckin waterbottle, jackass!" |

Re: Koala Christmas
I live in New South Wales, one of the states affected heavily by the bushfires. Fortunately, my home is fine but the smoke in my town has been very, very bad. Anyway, enough about me: What makes me sad about this video is that koalas usually get their nutrition and water from eucalyptus leaves, not actual waterholes or whatever else. So they must be really dehydrated. |

Re: Koala Christmas
Yes, I heard that on a news report as well. They don't normally drink any water at all. Things must have been pretty grim for all those poor animals.
