these are "child defects". if u have the ability to kill.. child baby elderly dog or cat... if u have the ability to kill.... and do so... no need to talk about it.... they forfeit there right to a normal life.

Depending on the cognitive capacity and developmental stage of the child, and whether they're actually achieving to the appropriate developmental level for their age; are of primary significance to whether or not they can determine right from wrong, pre-meditate, consider the longer-term consequences of outcomes of their behaviour, etc. I work with this population for a living after studying for 7 years in this field, so yes; I do know exactly what I am talking about. |
