Goats are cool animals. If you have a field full of blackberries the kind that grows in thorns just buy a goat, put it on a long rope lead and let it go. Come back a week later and it’ll all be gone. I’ve known people to do that around my town.

I've owned goats. Great personalities and they get into mischief in a flash. Besides blackberry bushes, they love flowers, shrubs, vegetable gardens - pretty much any desirable planting except turf.

Those male boar goats and their smelly beards, that stank don't wash off. It's a heavy, musky smell. Woman I knew had one and he would chase the little kids down the road and advised she has a lawsuit waiting to happen. She also took a baby racoon, kept it in the living room in a jail and I stated now that you took him from being wild he is in prison for your own selfish reasons, it's cruel.
