Why why why why didn't he just kill himself. There is no excuse good enough for his actions. Conditions are treatable, when people seek help. Humans make conscientious decisions every day to do what's right, he chose not to.

It's sad for all the people who lost their lives because of his selfishness.

again, not trying to be a cunt but....the fact that you think there is 'normality' in human thinking illustrates the main issue: a lack of understanding and empathy in regards to mental illness and treatment.

the desire to 'lock up or eliminate' those that you fear is, in fact, not moral to some people and, thus, isnt 'normal'.

great point. i think it's fair to assume that when a human is born, they start off as an unsocialized animal....so, it means you are able to comply and conform to whatever the current accepted social norms are, regardless of handicaps or other challenges one faces, it seems.

It's the fact that we adjust from being unsocialized to accepting and adjusting to this insane world we inhabit that's really amazing.

The fact that so many aren't refusing this reality is strange, but what options are there?
