Re: This Iguana is So Excited when His Owner Comes Home After Several Days Away
Wtf, actually DEMANDS to pet it Nice, i'd love to have an iguana, his life is probably worth more than half of the world's population anyway and he is smarter and more friendly |

Re: This Iguana is So Excited when His Owner Comes Home After Several Days Away
I’ve never seen a reptile react like that to a person, be it their person or not, with or without food or anything else. That’s incredible! Reptiles are not supposed to have emotions like people, and they aren’t supposed to form emotional connections with others. Obviously this shows otherwise. I, too, would like the question of food answered though… It could be possible that she is looking for a food reward as someone said earlier. It does not seem likely though as the gentleman supposedly just returned home from a trip. Not typically a time you would give food. This was the first hello when he returned. She was obviously excited when presented with her person and no food. She seemed content to sit on his lap and be petted. My opinion is food is not part of it, but I could be wrong. |

I can’t believe how large she is either!!! Obviously very well taken care of. My friends family had an iguana that was almost the size this one is. If it wanted their attention in the morning it would whip the side of the bed with its tail to get them up!!! Eventually it went back to a pet store. |
