One of my absolute favorite quotes is, "If you don't stand for anything, you will fall for everything". (unsure of origin)

I wish people, especially celebrities and political figures (because of their major influence on the sheep of "Murica) would boycott Florida. Just imagine all the lost revenue they would experience.

I wish the majority of our society would stop being sheep and stand up with the small percentage of us that strive for change. Not much can change by our small percentage, but if we all stood together, hand in hand, a sea of diversity, demand change, demand rightful justice...we can make a difference.

I'm so sad. Too many sheeple. Too many. All those who came before us, who fought for our rights, ALL of our rights. From Jews to Italians to Africans/AA to women to the disabled and mentally ill to children's rights to gay rights to civil rights, etc etc etc. Those who unselfishly worked and sacrificed their safety and lives, all those who were brave...maybe even scared at times, but they knew change was needed. I am sure they look at the state we have been within the past 30 years and shed tears.

We are a society that is filled with selfish, greedy, uncaring, too "busy" to care behavior.
