OK I can see perfect circles bing formed if there is a central point of energy spherically propagating from the center....That would form perfect circles. The question is what would cause this if not the natural phenomenon described by the professor...??? |

the currents/the way the creek/bay/river drain.......... maybe even a hotspot waaaaaaaaaaay under the lake ? freeze a sink full of water and melt it from the drain up.... i think you will see my point :) |

Yah, I remember seeing something about this last year. It has something to do with temperature differentials. If I could remember where I found it I'd link but I've spent most of this past year pretty fucking high on pain killers...
