The Holocaust refers to the attempted extermination of the Jewish people. If large numbers of them died from malnutrition and disease (like Anne Frank did), it becomes just another series of casualties in the war, not a deliberate effort to wipe them from the planet. I think this is what most people are trying to argue when they say the Holocaust didn't happen. |
