As a US soldier....There were no hostilities that provoked the use of force....What I see here is appalling....You shoot to disable not to kill...if the guy is a non combatant, you don't fire some more rounds at him, lest he goes down shooting.........But overall I think they should have held fire til there were clear signs that they were going to engage in combat  |
