The woman stepped on the hawks wings so the owner could retrieve the dog then the bird flew away.

The hawks swoop down in our yard and grab bunnies & squirrels all the time...as much as it pisses me off, the hawk has to eat too. I just wish they would eat from someone else's yard!!
