A great idea, but big companies will stall it as much as they can after all if they have something that generates "free" light they wont be buying kerosene, batteries and the likes. Another concern, from experience with working with those who need it the most is the cost. Small as the purchase cost is, it will be almost impossible for these people to find enough money to cover the estimated cost of three months kerosene...its easier to get a few pennies together than a few pounds... |
