At no point did I see or hear her speak, she was gesturing which is a form of communicating, but does she have the mind of a 28 year old? I am leaning on no, unless she were to consent, I dont think it would be legal to just have sex with her. That would be rape, even with her being over the age of consent. Just because someone is drunk or drugged out out their mind and is over the age of consent, doesnt mean its okay to rape them. |
