Centipedes are surprisingly fast when they need to be but it's a given that tarantulas and large spiders are lightening fast. The spider is amazingly adept at physically manipulating it's prey, the centipede is easily capable of encapsulating prey in a death grip of legs.

I'd say they would be equally matched and it just depends which gets the first bite, both are capable of mortally wounding each other with their fangs and venom.
