The experience they're talking about around 12 minutes is sleep paralysis. I experience it myself its not ghosts just a medical condition. Its bloody scary though. Sometimes i see people or animals, sometimes i don't see anything at all but just feel an overwhelming sense of fear. Haha on 23 minutes 'whatever is behind this phenomenon is not of this world!' errm its called a camera strap!  |

Very interesting, but I still don't believe in 'ghosts' or any other things like that. If there's no scientific explanation, it doesn't excist.

yeh its not nice. I've tried to scream but i can't. Also one time the thing that i saw that was part of the sleep paralysis was not a person. But a tiny squirrel! But yet I was still absolutely terrified lol |
