I think the word your looking for is inflate
If you watch the video, you can see the spray and mist from the watermelon cover the guy, he actually coughs a little from inhaling it.

A human body would behave in much the same way, I've seen blood spray and mist from humans before.

The word is inhale, I would not want to inhale that blood/ body part mist.
