Right before the car arrives, they look like a bunch of kittens preparing an ambush... As soon as the car is gone, they look like they're going for a walk: their ability to give their best, to think and work super-quickly in those less than two seconds will never cease to amaze me, and the professionalism that they show during the entire week-end is second to none (not just Ferrari's, all F1 pit crews in general).
