It looks like they grew for seed and were doing separations over some screens to make hash. That doesn't look at all like a personal supply. They were probably smoking the plant matter that was left over after they separated the bulk of the seeds. It doesn't look like they were doing a great job separating plant matter from seed matter though so they were probably smoking a good amount of seeds as well...With 70% of the trics knocked off.

Cannabis ruderalis, and autoflowering species of cannabis originating in central Russia. It has a lower thc content than either indica or sativa and not much recreational value on its own. It's autoflower properties making it interesting for breeding and hybrids though.

In short, yes its shit quality, but it can be grown outdoors in Russia... Tough shit.
