My brother was hooked on meth b4 he ended up in jail. The weight loss made him look anorexic. The drug caused all kinds of issues with his gums and teeth. He wouldn;t sleep for days on end. His paranoia was out of this world. And the sores. The sores are because the meth messes with your nerve endings. Especially when you haven't slept for 3 or 4 days. They pick at their skin or they wig out and think there are insects crawling under their skin. And they literally try and dig them out with their own fingernails. So YES drugs do make you ugly. In more ways than one.
