They have every right to cheer most of them were college aged kids and were just children on 9/11 they grew up with the war on terror dominating the news and some of the others may have lost family, friends or known somebody who did or even known someone serving in afghanistan. Im not an american but i can understand the enormous amount of relief, must have been overwhelming to finaly see justice done after ten anxious years of waiting for the person responsible for the murder of 3000 of their fellow citizens to be held to account.
