Why would pictures be released before all persons involved have been de-briefed.

I for one would hate to think what the terror level is for USA so why would pictures of the deceased be released openly to the public?
Think of the repercussions. Extremist Muslims all over the world would be wanting to seek revenge as the proof would be in the pudding and set in stone. It would be enraging to see the dead body of a brainwashing leader posted all over the media-all over the world.
Having the body buried at sea was already against the Qur'an causing hate/violence and the burning of the USA flag.
