Mental illness when having to be medicated to keep others safe is always a shortcoming for the "Geniuses" who diagnose and "Save" these individuals. A simple blood critique once a week to insure medication levels are maintained would keep us all safer. Unfortunately the afflicted have no desire to be medicated and the "Saviors" have no desire to monitor.  |

and alot of crazy people are happy as all hell! they always got a friend to talk too.. they enjoy there penguins.. dont get me started on the affections they have about walking at parks...!
