I'm pretty amazed she gave up so easily. But given her size/girth she likely ate recently and the dog was an 'easy meal'....and she wasn't hungry enough to fight for it.

Animals don't fuck around when it comes to things that might hurt them. They don't have doctors in the wild, they have a basic understanding that one bad interaction with an animal they are not sure about, could cost them their lives. And that's why most wild animals, even though they may be able to take a human down, will actually flee from humans. Because they smart enough to know a meal isn't worth their life. That's one lucky ass dog. |
