I've grown up and lived not more than 3 miles from Detroit. Its pathetic how this once great city has been ravaged by corruption. Now its basically enter at your own risk. The police and emergency services are not there. Even if they do respond its to late. The best part is the ignorance of the citizens of Detroit. They'll vote the politicians back in all because they're black. I'm not racist by any means. Its just sad how that city is.
