[chris]

A mostly skeletonized deer carcass hangs upright from a tree on a burned hillside. Its head and neck are wedged in the fork of a low branch, while its exposed spine and ribcage hang toward the ground. Scraps of scorched hide remain on the ribs and neck, and the hind leg bones reach the ground. Ash covers the slope around blackened, leafless trees, with smoke haze visible in the background.

What an unusual image

[Angelahh]

it would make a good heavy metal album cover

[Sharon]

Sad but yes, it is a cool image

One horrid way to die...

[johnleeknoefler]

Since he was so well cooked, every bit of meat was eaten by other animals. Roast deer must really taste fine.
