Deadly Day Care - No Dead Babies!

I wasn't sure where to post this, but, the little boy looks familiar to me. This is another case of too little, too late

What a fat ugly heartless bitch...I would fucking make her suffer, and make her beg for death and she would never earn it. You just DO NOT harm children. Jesus tap-dancing Christ. I hope she got raped in prison by a big girl.

Re: Deadly Day Care - No Dead Babies!

how much did the 'friends' hate the mintons, to recommend this person? i can't imagine it was a secret that she was incompetent with children. whether or not charges stick, people talk. every person who agreed to 30 years instead of life should really not have children. i wouldn't have let that cunt watch my DOG if i heard a whisper about her abusing kids.

Re: Deadly Day Care - No Dead Babies!

DHS failed in this as well, asking the woman to shut her daycare down while they investigate? Hell fucking no, shut the damned clinic down and let every parent who brings a child there know the reason!

Re: Deadly Day Care - No Dead Babies!

complaint of leaving children unattended in a running vehicle - don't most people keep their house key WITH their vehicle key?
and even if they didn't, wouldn't they retrieve it at the time they realized they didn't have it - like when they went to lock the door as they were leaving the house? that is assuming they needed to use a key to lock the door from the outside.

i doubt the woman got into the van and only then realized she forgot the key. and why start the vehicle before getting the key to the house? and if someone did have their vehicle key separate from their house key and did need a key to lock the house from the outside and did start up their vehicle before thinking "oh gee, i need the house key" maybe one would leave the kids in the vehicle for a minute to get the key but for gods sake, how hard is it to turn the engine off first? perhaps she was warming up her car in cold weather, i don't know but it is unwise to leave children in a vehicle unsupervised and even more so with the engine running.

i guess her "returning to the house to get house key" was seen by DHS as an excuse (whether or not they considered as a valid excuse). i would have seen it not as an excuse but as incriminating evidence that the woman was incompetent, couldn't think with a sane and reasonable mind, barely competent to take care of herself, might less children, especially when she is being paid by parents expecting her to be a competent and sane person to take care of their children. they should have also charged her with fraud, deception, and whatever else they could think of that would be appropriate.

of course, maybe her mother was in the house and she thought that perhaps her mother might go somewhere while she was away and lock the the door. then she would be locked out with the children. but then if she had enough sense to think about that then she should have had enough sense at least to think about turning off the vehicle's engine before exiting it. i still think her story should not have been considered as an excuse but as self incriminating evidence of her total incompetence. why didn't DHS see it this way?

yes, DaveizGod, they should have shut her down rather than ask her to shut down. she should not have been given the choice. however, if they have no solid evidence, they may not have had the authority to shut her down.

since she was allowed to continue her daycare center, my initial thought was that DHS should have at least informed the parents that the day care was under investigation for claims, reports and allegations of neglect and abuse. (with the added note that these were just claims, reports and allegations at that time and if any solid evidence was found, the daycare would be shut down immediately and parents would be notified.) however, until DHS can prove anything (either in or out of court) i don't think they could have said even that much without risking the chance of getting sued by the day care center for loss of business and/ or for slander. i don't know.

however, i'm betting the DHS, looking back wished they had taken that chance because they got sued anyway and instead of being sued for doing something in an attempt to possibly protect children from possible neglect and abuse they got sued for allowing it to happen.

Re: Deadly Day Care - No Dead Babies!

DHS kept asking her to shut down and allowed her to continue. They could, at the very least, have temporarily closed her down to investigate, but, chose to do shit!

I think they should be sued or the case worked jailed.

I may err on the side of caution, but, I would never leave a baby in a vehicle for any reason, not even for 5 seconds, until he/she was old enough to use a cell phone and knew how to call police.

Granted, it takes more time, but, the life of a baby is worth it! They cannot be replaced!
