..Why does BP get blamed..when the people working on the rig were all american? Sure the company owned it..but if say a WallMart employee ran over your leg..you wouldnt sue the company would you?

This whole bp thing smells real fishy. They have been around for years and they know how to drill properly. Maybe it is some sort of government plot. Either way it is still absolutely rediculous that animals have to suffer like this. They cant fight back.
