Re: The Dark Side of The Oil Spill : The Real Victims (May-June 2010)
How DARE you! Don't criticize People who live in Louisiana (or the US), maybe you should come here and see the mess first hand! These "shock and awe" pics don't do it a bit of justice. Louisiana is very well aware of the "shoddy" government regulations, as well as the dumbasses at BP. At this moment we are all worried about hurricanes, this year is predicted to be a very active season. If a good size hurricane stirs up in the Gulf, it's gonna suck up the oil and dump it all over it's path. This will not only make a big mess, it will kill livestock, crops, and everything that it touches will become toxic. This could very well make impossible to live here. With this effecting 5 states relocation will be imperative of more people than had to be relocated during Katrina, with a more permanent placement. As far as Katrina goes.. the day that you are stuck on a bridge in 110F heat with no water, food or relief for 3 days, then you may criticize, but until that day ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

BP doesn't care. They don't want to cap that money making well. It is worth it to pay out and go to court and litigate, then close such a productive well. Its all about money and greed.

Re: The Dark Side of The Oil Spill : The Real Victims (May-June 2010)
Im Heading down to Louisiana in a few days to visit family who live in South Lafourche Parish and have a summer home on Grand Isle. They have told us it's dead done there, and summer's are important to these people who survive off tourism.I feel horrible for the coast. |
