I have to agree with you. I've been in that country three times, and as jacked up as it is our presence didn't improve anything. The Taliban, even though they are pretty much garbage, didn't tolerate it and even gave it the death penalty. Now it's back in full swing. Our fight was not and should not have been with the Taliban in the first place, as they didn't do 9/11. That was Al-Qaeda. Besides, it isn't like our own country isn't full of pedophiles and perverts. It's far more prevalent than we care to admit, and we should really try focusing on saving our children here at home. |

As if we can't deal with several problems? I'm not saying we should gear up over it. But we could certainly acknowledge it's happening and that we think they should stop. If this was in Israel I'd bet we'd have all kinds of things to say about it. |

Why would they listen to us? Did they stop growing poppies to help us deal with our drug addicts. Israel murders many more boys then these men use for dancing. We not only don't do anything about it, we give those parasites billions of our tax dollars every year. We should use those billions on ourselves. They can work for their own money. We are not the parents nor police of the world. |

It's probably gotten a lot worse and more widespread in that 6 year time frame. I've never seen pedofiles interviewed in such a close and personal way. Watching their faces with expressions of delight when in the company of these young boys is just stomach turning and sickening to watch. This kind of shit must be rampant in countries where the police turn a blind eye or are involved themselves. Much more than we will probably ever really know. |
