Normally no, it's just a regular scooter. Where I live scooters are by far the most practical way to get around, so I know a bit about them. You might remember from those photos I posted in the other thread there's a piazza with a zillion scooters parked - that's in Genoa near where I live and work. They don't modify them much here though, coz keeping them street legal becomes a problem. |

i dont think i saw those pix you mention there. I'm not sure what the laws are in Japan with vehicles and them being street legal, though i do notice that there's only one pic where one is being used on a road, so maybe they're just for show |

ah cool, there were other shots in that set of pictures which caught my eyes a lot more than that one, i didnt remember this pic at all  I am more into the landscape pix you posted there  |

No one ever gets this! In fact I had to walk past it a few times to realise what it was. It's a communist era piece of propaganda sitting in a street in Tirana, Albania. It depicts a guy heroically about to drop a grenade into a tank. |
