They believe the costumes give them special powers of invincibility. You've got to consider that since most of them are little out of the Stone Age in education and technology, things like cell phones and automatic rifles appear magical, so they have a hard time understanding that the fairy wings don't really work, yet the " magic " cell phone does. |
