It has an electric telephone in it sitting on the small table next to where the coats are hung. Looks like possibly someone lived there in the 80s and then it was left to rot. Maybe it belonged to old German doctor who died of old age and had no family to pass it on to!

That first photo. Those conditions do not look sanitary enough to be collecting any kind of samples in those tubes. |
