What I feel is complete outrage that I am having the living shit taxed out of me while the government that rules over me is giving the money for every crazy asinine thing that can be imagined. .

I feel the same way as you do but apparently we are both abnormal because the governments voted into power continue to donate billions in foreign aid each year to potential future aggressors. Don't you ever feel the need to donate money to starving little mud monkeys from third world countries?........Neither do i but our governments do it for us anyway. I noticed that you're a yank. Are you aware that not all military actions your country has participated in were about securing oil? Sometimes your government acts to help other countries in need, although the last time you guys did this you got a kick in the teeth as a thankyou.

Western countries take immigrants for stabilizing economy. Low birth rate results low numbers of young people and high numbers of old people in society. This causes economy to collapse because old people's retirement pay comes from young people's fundings. If you want no immigrants in your country; every women in your country should have at least three children. In this low birth rate situation; if your country do not allow immigrants; the economy will collapse shortly and in 25-30 years your country will vanish. Western countries accept immigrants for not helping to third world people but for their economy.
