On my trip to rural Pioche, Nevada to visit my parents' ranch, I happened on these beauties. I snapped this in the early morning hours. It's a glimpse of the beautiful countryside and gentle decay of American classics.

amazing picture. it's a shame that they are rusting away instead of being fixed up and shown off. I love old cars like that.

Cars like this can be salvaged if someone wants to put in the time to do it. Making hot rods out of these is the best way of recycling old wrecks as you just can't buy class like this anymore. Custom truck chassy, supercharged 454, with a classic body. How can you beat that? Shove that up your 4 banging rice pots.......
