I was in Washington, DC on 9-11 at Bolling AFB when the plane hit the Pentagon. I certainly can understand the panic that this caused and the panic that innocent civilians in foreign countries have when the NATO forces or the terrorist bombs hit. I feel for those people and those of the Trade Center bombings. War, armed conflict or terrorist attacks do cause civilian dead and injury. It is a sad fact but always true.
