Circus Lion Touches Grass for the First Time in 13 Years
Some viewers had some questions about why not release the lion in his natural environment. First we must clarify that Will was born in captivity (the circus), was already a middle-aged lion and had several consequences of ill-treatment, internal, external and psychological (the animals arrive with torn claws and serrated teeth). Although we will try to drop it into an African reserve (since it is an exotic animal belonging to the African fauna), Will would not be able to live in the wild and would depend on veterinary care and aid to feed. Will was born in Brazil . * The Ranch of the Gnomes is an educational work to awaken consciousness so that people do not attend circuses with animals, because the bottom line is this: an animal discarded completely marginalized, neglected, and obviously stay years in captivity in a circus. Not attend circuses with animals and stand against this practice is the first step so that other animals do not go through the same experience Will has, who lived 13 years in slavery. http://crowdfunding.kickante.com.br/animal-sanctuary/ |

Re: Circus Lion Touches Grass for the First Time in 13 Years
He really looked like he was diggin' his new diggs. He may still be in captivity but it's got to be a billion times better than his previous diggs. He can't survive in the wild so at least he's going to be well cared for and no longer exploited! |

Just like a domesticated kitteh, except that one can fuck up your day given half a chance.
