I have read it. Where do you think I got my info about his testosterone levels, which are elevated due to steroids, which causes aggressive behavior.

And I know alzheimer's patients, one of whom is my father. Maybe you should read a bit on alzheimer's, and you would understand how ludicrous that statement is. Not to mention that my dad has never become violent, in fact, just the opposite, he's like a little kid. It's heartbreaking to see a vibrant man, especially your own dad, go from being in the Navy, being an air traffic controller for 30 years, to having to wear diapers and not remembering how to feed himself, or tie his shoes.

That's what I'm saying. It's totally disrespectful of all people with this disease to name it as the cause of a roid-freak's murderous rampage.

So you read the report but you don't agree with what the examiner concluded? Is that what your saying? But you admit he did say Benoit had the brain of an 80YO altheimers patient? I'm not saying that, he is. Is it possible that different people with this disease act differently?

As far as steroids if they were causing everybody that took them to act violently, half of major league baseball and most pro and high level sports would be in prison.
Is Lance Armstrong killing his kids yet? Arnold did steroids for years, did he break any laws?
I sympathize with your situation, it must be horrible. But blaming steroids is no different, its an easy way out. The Government is trying to make examples of why steroids are bad, because they don't have any legitimate ones. Same crap as pot, its a gateway drug etc etc.

Yeah, that's exactly what I'm saying. I don't agree with the report. And neither do you, so there you have it. You refuse to acknowledge the fact that he was taking immense amounts, ginormous amounts of steroids. And I have never heard of an "80 year old" alz. patient murdering his family. I've also never heard of head injury causing alz. Of course anything's possible, my opinion is just an opinion.

I never said that all steroid use was bad, I'm sure I know several people who use it. But I'm pretty sure they don't use such massive amounts.

We'll never know why he did what he did, maybe he was just an asshole. Who knows. I don't really care.

What I'm saying is the amount he was taking wasn't as much as the Government would make you believe. Numbers are very easily manipulated. There is a very big difference in levels between different men, and his levels would not be uncommon in a 16 YO kid. So it really wasn't a ginormous amount, and it didn't say he HAD althiemers, said he had a brain comparible to someone that did. And there is a tremendous amount of evidence that repeated concussions cause brain damage. Look at Muhammad Ali.

I know some guys who use steroids, and they are not animals by any means. An asshole is an asshole regardless, and Benoit had some serious issues to kill his own child, and wife. Not typical at all of steroid use, but the feds jumped all over it for propaganda purposes.
