I have the same model camp stove so I had to go look.

Yes, there's a hole in the front, it's where you stick the tube of the gas generator through (the generator/fuel tank hooks onto the front of the stove when you're using it, when you're packing it up you unhook it and it stores inside)

It's the right size where you could easily fit a flaccid or semi-erect dick in it but probably have problems pulling a fully erect dick back out.
