Most probably cost him a tidy amount. Beautiful...  Bloody nice little boat that. I would often go to Kariba and do loads of fishing in the Zambezi Valley  I would have probably done the same thing though. You work hard for something like that, you look after it. Even when you know you will graze your arse because of stupidity - you do your best to save it. Come what may!   |

They used to call Bull Sharks--Zambezi Sharks. On account of their fresh water attacks there. I guess they hadn't documented any other fresh water attacks at that point, so they got to name it. This was in the 50's or 60's--so well before record keeping, or even the sharpening technology that would have allowed people to use the pencils they had lying around. Incidentally, their was once a DR member by the name of Zambini. No one has heard from him though since being sequestered in the main tower of the INTERPOL headquarters for making false claims, and beshitting the baby change station in their lobby for several mornings in a row. |
