Amazingly, the kid supposedly wasn't seriously injured, but the bison showed the kid why even grizzlies tend not to confront them (though to be fair, I saw a grizzly in a video the other day get beaten up by a mountain lion 1/8 its size protecting its cubs, so their reputation is much more fearsome towards humans rather than other large animals).
