Some military person (probably a General) is making a deal to supply someone with tanks. Maybe selling them to ISIS. or Iran. Or whoever wants some tanks cheap. Who cares if you climb around on them? You have to be trained to start the engines, drive them, and fire the guns. Monkeys can climb on cars at a wilderness adventure park, that doesn't mean they can steal a car. |
