Behind-the-Scenes Photos From Pulp Fiction in Los Angeles, 1993
Production on "Pulp Fiction" began in the Los Angeles area on September 20, 1993. Writer-director Quentin Tarantino and producer Lawrence Bender made the film on an $8.5 million budget during a shoot lasting about eight weeks. The production and set photos show Tarantino working with John Travolta, Samuel L. Jackson, Uma Thurman, Bruce Willis, Harvey Keitel, Maria de Medeiros and other cast and crew members. Scenes include the dance at Jack Rabbit Slim's, the diner, Lance's house, Jimmie's kitchen, a junkyard and Butch and Fabienne's motel room.
