Bathtub Clean Up
A friend of mine has a few air bnb houses and he was interested in buying the one small home but wasn't gonna be able to buy until the tenant that was living there moved out at the end of their lease. Well he noticed the cops outside the house so he went to see what was up. The tenants home health care people had been unable to contact the tenant for at least three days and so they asked for a wellness check. Long story short, my friend was able to buy the house a few days later but he ended up being the one to clean up the soup.
