Probably because they don't eat meat, so they are missing many essential fatty acids and other nutrients.

This was an error in cell division at conception....no prenatal care can prevent that. If prenatal care did have somethng to do with it there would be more babies like this, either born or terminated. As for ultrasounds - these people do not always have access to it  |
