I read the book Nancy's mother, "And I Don't Want to Live this Life" . Nancy was mentally ill. It was a different time, and people weren't treated the same they are now. It was a shame that both of them had to lose their lives. But hopefully they are together and happy.

I'm reading the book now and the amount of time its taking the mom to get to Nancy's fifth birthday is about to kill me. Too long winded if you ask me, but I agree that she had some serious mental issues.

By all accounts, Nancy got Sid hooked on drugs, and he was in no condition to speak the night of her death. Johnny Thunders was rumored to have information, as did Neon Leon and local transvestites from Philadelphia. I tried writing to Sid when he was in Bellevue. I always believed he believed his stage persona and was unable to separate them. I hope he is at peace and she rots in Hell! |

Sid didn't kill anyone intentionally. I believe Nancy fell on the knife that killed him, as portrayed in the movie, "Sid & Nancy," with Gary Oldman as Sid.
