wtf? where's the Queen? Did he actually have that bad of an aim?

No he was driving a suzuki swift . When he hit al those people the car became 'uncontrollable' and went for the monument instead of the queen.

Look at the fifth picture, I don't really believe that he testified that he tried to attack the queen.. Good pic's though, very nice.
