Pretty fucking true. This is why I don't use social media of any sort. If I need to talk to someone, I call them on the phone, at the very least using my voice. Otherwise, I prefer to talk face to face. I certainly wouldn't consider anyone on this website a "friend" or even an acquaintance. This isn't socialisation. This is just venting on a forum.

I'd like to make a video to counter this one, where dude walks up to a chick and she runs away screaming and he ends up in cuffs, at the end it says, if only I had a smart phone, none of this would have happend.
