It's not one frog but 1 female and 2 males....the males are attempting to mate with her. I've read the explaination somewhere else.

Frogs are really susceptible to pollution and environmental factors, usually shit like that dies real fast after birth though. That's pretty cool.

i read something a while back that when this happens to animals, in most cases, their is only 1 animal that is alive, the extra head does not have a brain and this and that idk could be wrong.
