belgium has a problem with moroccans and turks, and since main language in morocco is french they go to the french side of belgium, which is where liege lies, so maybe he's from morocco

just had a look at bbc and last time they updated the site about this one was 5 or so days ago, when they reported the 75year old lady died. at that time 4 or 5 people were still in intensive care as well
