I would like to see the pictures of the Big Bopper after his son had him exhumed. The Pathologist that performed it said that it was one of the most well preserved bodies that he had ever seen. I think his son used the conspiracy theory that somehow his father had been shot with a .22 caliber revolver found years later as the farmer tilled the field. It was confirmed that the pistol was registered to Buddy Holly. I suppose it’s a better premise to work from than “Hey, I’m curious to see what dear ol’ dad looks like over 50 years later.
