Our politicians are trying to get reparations paid to folks that were never, ever, slaves. Paid for by folks that never owned slaves. Why do i have to pay for the sins of someone else? Its insanity. Meanwhile, the slave trade is alive and well over in the east. Like you said, its never mentioned. Now we both know the US thinks its the world police, but why isnt the real world slave trade a concern? Its a problem the UN needs to solve. They need to spend them billions on something besides lining the pockets of these defense contractors.
